Cranberry Muffins... Hot from the oven

There is something about a piping hot bran muffin straight from the oven. I have been working on my recipe and feel like I have finally achieved the taste I was looking for. If you want to follow along at home, here is what you need to make sure you have:

1/2 cup flour,
1/2 cup wheat germ,
1/2 cup oats,
1/2 cup milk,
1 egg
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/3 cup honey
1/4 cup (or less) unsalted sunflower seeds
1/4 cup canola oil
1 tsp baking powder

mix, put in muffin cups, cook at 425 for 15 minutes...

This is an instant classic. Sounds like a lot of ingredients but it really isn't and you just throw it all in a bowl and stir.
